Delivery Timing: Certain categories of cakes are eligible for next-day delivery, while others may require a 48-hour delivery time. The estimated delivery time for each cake is provided alongside the product description. Customers also have the option to schedule delivery for a future date. Delivery Charges: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 100/- per delivery for locations within the serviceable pin codes. Customers can verify the delivery availability for their preferred pin codes before completing the payment. Orders cannot be placed for delivery locations that are not serviceable by Cake Room. Payment Options: We offer 100% secure online payment options, including debit/credit cards, wallets, and other electronic payment methods, to ensure a seamless transaction process. Cancellation Policy: To maintain the quality of our service, we require any cancellations or adjustments to orders to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
