Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their orders at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. However, no refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery date and time. It is imperative for customers to cancel their orders within the stipulated timeframe to qualify for a refund.


Damaged Products:

If a product is found to be damaged upon delivery at the outlet, Cake Room will issue a full refund for the amount paid by the customer. We urge customers to thoroughly inspect their products at the time of delivery to ensure their satisfaction.
